FAQQLY is a neat little social network. Founded by 20-year old UCLA senior David Liu, the site allows you to create your own FAQ page - other users can drop in to ask questions about your life, your interests, or what you’re doing this weekend. You can also suggest topics to your visitors by putting keywords in the “Ask Me About” section. Additionally, there’s a “Helps” section where you can ask a user for help with a specific problem. The site has around 2,500 members and feels like a cross between a blog, Yahoo Answers and MySpace. In future, David plans to enable borrowing and lending - your friend could ask to borrow a DVD, for instance, and the site would track whether it had been returned. |
