OK, we may be a day late - but we'd just like to wish the newly reformed (fingers crossed!) Lindsay Lohan a very happy 21st birthday. And actually - despite the fact she's currently residing in rehab and faces a legal battle over her recent car crash - it sounds like our Li-Lo did have a happy day. The Mean Girls star was allowed out of rehab for the afternoon - but only travelled a few miles along the California coastline to Courteney Cox-Arquette's Malibu beachhouse. Just to clarify...
